Hosting
This site runs on Shopify (Shopify International Ltd., Dublin, Ireland), acting as our processor under a data processing agreement. Standard technical data such as IP address, time of access, page requested and browser type is processed to deliver and secure the site.
Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies are used to operate the site. Anything beyond that — analytics or marketing (Shopify Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics) — is set only with your consent via the cookie banner, which you can withdraw at any time.
Application form
We collect first name, last name, email address, store URL and your stated advertising budget. We use them only to review your enquiry and reply to you. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract). We do not use these details for marketing emails.
Booking
Appointment booking runs through an application inside our Shopify store. Name, email address and the chosen time are used solely to arrange the meeting.
Recipients and transfers
We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for their own purposes. Processors who support us — chiefly Shopify and our email provider — may access it. Processing outside the EU/EEA may occur at Shopify, based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
Retention
Form data is deleted once it is no longer needed for the purpose above, at the latest 12 months after our last contact, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@practicaisolutions.de. You may also complain to a supervisory authority — for us, the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
